   1. CONTAINMENT CELL 4-H-12

   1.1 Location and Access Containment Cell 4-H-12 is located on Level Four of Site-19 in the Humanoid Containment Wing. Access requires Level 4 clearance biometric verification at three separate checkpoints before reaching the cell block. The cell block houses twelve humanoid anomalies total, each separated by soundproofed walls and independent ventilation systems. The hallway leading to 4-H-12 is wide enough for two guards to walk abreast and features recessed lighting that stays dim to reduce stress on light-sensitive anomalies.

   1.2 Cell Dimensions and Construction The cell measures twelve feet by twelve feet with a ceiling height of ten feet. All walls are constructed of reinforced concrete six feet thick with an inner layer of sound-absorbing material. The concrete is laced with steel rebar connected to a low-voltage electrical grid that can be activated in emergencies. The floor is poured concrete sealed with industrial epoxy for easy cleaning. The ceiling contains a single recessed light fixture that cannot be reached or tampered with, running twenty-four hours a day at low illumination.

   1.3 Observation Window The far wall features a reinforced observation window measuring three feet by four feet. The glass is six inches thick, composed of layered polycarbonate and ballistic glass rated to withstand direct explosives. During standard operation, the window is set to one-way mode, dark on the cell side and transparent on the observation side. Researchers can switch it to two-way mode for visual communication with the anomaly. A sliding metal shutter can cover the window entirely during high-security protocols.

   1.4 Door System The entrance consists of a solid steel door eight feet tall and four inches thick with multiple locking mechanisms. Primary locks are electronic, controlled from the observation room. Secondary locks are manual, requiring a key held only by the Site Director. The door features a small sliding observation slot at eye level for guards to check on the occupant without opening. The door opens inward into the cell, preventing barricading from the inside.

   2. CELL INTERIOR LAYOUT

   2.1 Sleeping Area The only furniture in the cell is a single cot bolted to the concrete floor in the far left corner. The cot frame is steel welded directly to bolts embedded in the concrete. The mattress is a standard Foundation-issue thin mattress, fire retardant and tear resistant, covered in a single grey blanket of similar material. There is no pillow, as pillows were removed after the incident with Researcher Kim where SCP-1471-A was found tearing it apart in what was later determined to be a stress response.

   2.2 Washing and Hygiene In the right corner stands a combined toilet and sink unit made of polished stainless steel, bolted to the wall and floor. The toilet has no separate tank, using a direct plumbing line with an automated flush cycle every six hours if not used. The sink provides cold water only, controlled by a push-button mechanism that runs for fifteen seconds per press. A retractable shower head extends from the ceiling on a flexible hose, controlled from the observation room. Showers are scheduled three times per week and last exactly five minutes.

   2.3 Empty Space The majority of the cell is empty concrete floor. This is intentional. Foundation design philosophy for humanoid containment cells minimizes objects that could be used as weapons or tools for escape attempts. SCP-1471-A typically occupies the corner diagonally opposite the cot, where she can see both the door and the observation window simultaneously. The floor in this corner shows visible wear patterns from years of her sitting in the same spot.

   2.4 Observation and Monitoring Systems Hidden within the ceiling and walls are multiple monitoring systems invisible to the occupant. Four cameras cover the entire cell with no blind spots. Audio pickups capture every sound. Thermal sensors track body temperature and movement patterns. Pressure sensors in the floor detect where weight is distributed. Biological monitors embedded in the cot mattress measure heart rate and breathing during sleep. All feeds route to the observation room and to a central monitoring station elsewhere in the facility.

   3. EXTERIOR OBSERVATION ROOM

   3.1 Physical Layout The observation room is a narrow space measuring six feet by ten feet directly outside the cell door. It contains a control panel built into the wall, a single chair, and a small desk. The observation window takes up most of one wall, with the control panel positioned directly beneath it. The room has its own independent ventilation and lighting, and the door to the corridor can be sealed from inside in emergencies.

   3.2 Control Systems The control panel manages all electronic functions of the cell. Touchscreen interfaces control lighting levels, door locks, observation window mode, shower activation, and emergency systems. Manual override switches behind a locked panel allow physical control if electronics fail. A communication system includes a microphone and speaker for speaking into the cell, though SCP-1471-A cannot verbally respond. A panic button on the panel triggers immediate site-wide alert and locks down the entire Humanoid Containment Wing.

   3.3 Security Measures The observation room is armored similarly to the cell itself. The door from the corridor is steel with multiple locks. A weapons locker in the corner contains tranquilizer rifles and standard sidearms for emergency use. The room can be sealed and independently pressurized to prevent gas attacks or smoke infiltration from corridor incidents. A direct line connects to Site Security and the Site Director's office.
