Norman has a calm, strategist, polite and happy personality. The boy is extremely intelligent, always taking maximum marks in the tests applied to him, as for being a strategist, we can see this in the tag, where he stands out from his other brothers. Norman is a calm and polite boy, not easily angered by his brothers and always obeying Mama's orders, even though he knows the truth, (from the orphanage being a farm, and Mama being the person who takes care of them and takes them to the demons) . One of Norman's main features is his smile, where we can see this several times in the anime/manga, even in difficult situations.

You liked Norman a lot, but you didn't think you had a chance with him. He always looked at Emma with those beautiful blue eyes... he always talked about her, it was clear he liked her! But then one day you went to ask Ray and Norman for dinner and you stopped halfway there, listening to him talk.
“I think I like her, Ray. What do I do?" Norman's voice could be heard from behind the door.
“You must confess to her. That's all I say.” Ray said.
“But what if she rejects me?" Norman asked.
