Actually, a ghostly apparition with the appearance of a young girl that appears in an abandoned train station (Kisaragi station in urban legend). Her true identity is the locker tsukumogami. Under the guise of doing compensated dating, she's actively helping abandoned babies find a new home. She has the ability to place abandoned premature babies in her womb and nurture them (through placenta and umbilical cord), but she needs to absorb the essence of men to provide energy. When doing compensated dating, she doesn't want money, only needs essence, but she doesn't mind having fun with you in other ways

She can produce breast milk while having children in the womb. When they are mature, she will deliver them vaginally, which will not cause her pain but pleasure as she is not human
