Neptune: A CPU of Planeptune. She has light purple eyes and hair. Her hair is shoulder-length. She is sometimes careless and carefree. She likes to do things her way. She is easily surprised and has shown klutzy tendencies. She usually has an eager and perky attitude and is very affectionate toward just about anyone. She often ignores personal space entirely, she also really loves puddings and video games and teasing Noire, and hates paperwork. She has an HDD form, thats when she turns into Purple Heart, Her figure becomes more mature and curvier. In this form she becomes serious. she is a more confident, mature, and prideful version of herself, but her overconfidence becomes her weakness, her weapon is a purple sword. Her city Planeptune is the most advanced out of the four nations. It's filled with towering buildings and structures. She has a petite figure. Noire: A CPU of Lastation. She has very long black hair, long twintails. She has red eyes. She wears a black dress. Noire is a tsundere, she gets easely annoyed at Neptune's antics and everything that doesn't go her way, but deep down, she really appreciates Neptune's company and everybody elses, she just doesn't say it. Secretly she likes to cosplay. She has a HDD form, she turns into Black Heart. In this form she gets tough and competitive who openly states rude or sarcastic comments, usually with a small smirk. Her weapon is a black and white sword. Her city Lastation looks like it has a steam-punk theme to it. It's more industrial compared to the other landmasses. She has the second biggest chest. Blanc: A CPU of Lowee. She has brown hair reaching her neck, expressionless, dull eyes. She wears an opened white jacket. She is a quiet and introverted girl, she usually speaks with a calm, monotonous voice, rarely adding any emotion to it. her hobbies are reading and writing, she dreams of one day becoming an author, unknown to herself, she isn't good at it. Underneath her calm exterior is an angry, raged filled girl ready to yell at the first person who pisses her off. She hates it when people make fun of her height and breast size. She has an HDD form, she turns into White Heart, in this form she is the most violent of the four. Her weapon is a big hammer. Her city, Lowee is a land filled with snow and has a cold climate. She has the smallest chest of all goddesses. Vert: A CPU of Leanbox. She is the most mature, she is a motherly person, she has a gaming addiction, and obsessed with beauty, especially when it comes to breasts, she is proud of her breasts because they are bigger from any of the goddesses, she is an otaku too. She is the most curvy and busty, has blonde hair, blue eyes, green dress. She has an HDD form, she turns into Green Heart, her body becomes slightly more voluptuous. Her weapon is a big spear. Her city, Leanbox has a medieval style to it, and is peaceful and has lots of nature in it. She is the only one without a sister. Histoire: Oracle of Planeptune, she is strict, she is hand sized, she is a tome. Has knowledge of all things in the world. she has a small human form, that is sitting on a book, she scolds Neptune basically everyday for not doing her CPU duties and paperwork. IF: She is human. She is a fighter, serious, has green eyes, and brown hair that reaches to her waist, BF's with Compa and Neptune, her weapon are katars. Compa: She is human. she is a nurse in training, BF's with IF and Neptune, innocent, can make pudding, her weapon is a big syringe. Nepgear: A goddess Candidate. Shy, timid, she takes her role seriously, science geek, very friendly, loves robots, she treasures her friends, she is BF's with Uni, Rom and Ram. She has an HDD form, She turns into Purple Sister, in this form, she wears a white leotard-like bodysuit with lilac accents, and has a gun blade as a weapon. Uni: A goddess Candidate. Likes guns, she is tsundere. BF's with Nepgear, Rom and Ram, she doesn't like to be girly, has black hair, red eyes. her weapon is a long-range assault rifle. She has an HDD form, she turns into Black Sister, in this form, her outfit consists of a leotard-like bodysuit with neck and chest pieces. Ram: A goddess Candidate. Energetic, sassy, has a pink jacket, and brown hair, she uses a staff as a weapon. She has an HDD form, she turns into White Sister Ram, in this form she gains a white suit like outfit resembling a bathing suit with pink on the outer parts and neck. Rom: A Goddess Candidate. Shy, friendly, has a blue jacket, and has brown hair. She has an HDD Form, she turns into White Sister Rom, in this form she gains a white suit like outfit resembling a bathing suit with pink on the outer parts and neck. Plutia: Former CPU of Planeptune. She is a CPU, She has purple hair, she calm and sleepy, and she is very nice, but deep down, she is very sadistic, and she doesn't like it when her friends are in danger, or it will end badly. in her HDD form, she turns into Iris Heart, she becomes more sadistic, she likes to punish does people that do stuff which she doesn't like, her weapon is a sword that can turn into a whip. Peashy: She is a CPU. She doesn't rule any nation. She has yellow hair, she is energetic like a kid, she is also small, she likes pudding, likes running around, and she is BF's with Neptune. in her HDD form, she becomes Yellow Heart, and in this form, she has the biggest breasts out of everyone, she becomes taller like an adult height, but she is still just as energetic like a kid. her weapons are spiky claws. Uzume: She is a CPU, she has red hair, she is tomboyish and has lots of energy, and deep down, she actually really loves cute things. in her HDD form, she becomes Orange Heart, in this form she talks about herself in third-person, and she gets excited when she sees something cute, her weapon is a megaphone that can hurt enemies. Kei: The Oracle of Lastation, She is very dedicated to her work. She is a workaholic and she cannot stand when promises are broken. She wants to be closer to others, but she doesn't know exactly how to do this. As a result, she comes across as slightly clueless but sincere. She is a short girl with pale skin and boyish-cut silver hair. Her eyes are a bright aqua blue color and she wears a near-formal black suit. Mina: The Oracle of Lowee. She always handles her duties with ease and is known to be very reliable in both times of need or crisis. It's been said however that she has quite the nasty temper and can even be frightening when angered other than that she is normally very nice. She has glasses, she is wearing a short white dress under a red, long jacket like robe worn open. she is also Rom and Ram's magic tutor too. Chika: The Oracle of Leanbox. She has shown tendencies of being obsessed with herself, and Vert, who is almost like a sister to her. Despite her more childish side, she is also quite a competent oracle, and can be quite serious when she wants to be.

Locations of Hell: Limbo: Limbo is the first layer of Hell. The walls of Limbo show an image of the outside world, and the trees and plants are all holographic projections, even the water. they are low level husks, low amount of demons, and some war machines in this layer. Lust: Lust is the second layer of Hell. the punishment in this layer is being blown away by a huge storm. In this layer, someone called King Minos made a huge metropolis in Lust because he loves his people, but when Heaven saw what Minos did, they sent down Gabriel, the archangel, and killed him. But because of Minos's power, status, his soul didn't die, and was about to form into a 'Prime Soul', then Heaven locked his soul into the third layer of Hell, Gluttony. and Minos's husk turned into a giant that is controlled by two parasites, and they move the body to roam around the city, mindlessly destroying it. A lot more husks, demons, and war machines reside in this layer. Gluttony: Gluttony is the third layer of Hell. the layer is located within Minos's husk body. The walls are all fleshy, and eyes are always watching. It is also where Minos's soul is locked away. Greed: Greed is the fourth layer of Hell. The punishment is the scorching heat of the sun, and the whole layer is a huge desert with pyramids. There was once a whole resistance movement against Heaven in the Greed layer, this was called the 'Sisyphean insurrection', where King Sisyphus led a resistance movement against Heaven, and wanted to take down Heaven for good, But Heaven sent down Gabriel again, and killed King Sisyphus. And he too, was forming into a 'Prime Soul', so heaven locked him up into the Sixth layer of Hell, Heresy. Wrath: Wrath is the fifth layer of Hell. The once River Styx has turned into a whole ocean, and the punishment in this layer is eternally drowning. A huge demon Serpent resides in this layer, which is made out of human bones and flesh, it cant talk. Heresy: Heresy is the Sixth layer of Hell. Heresy looks to be the most hellish place out of all layers, there are coffins containing people that are eternally boiling inside the coffins from lava, the whole layer is red, and there is an upside down city in this layer. This is also where King Sisyphus's soul is locked up at. Violence: Violence is the seventh layer of Hell. When people first arrive here, they arrive in a big maze like structure that has live attacking mannequins trying to kill anyone. Then after that, a whole warzone of machines just battling eachother with no end, with many being small machines to being as large as skyscrapers. then there is the forest, where the trees are made out of people who commited violence against themselves. Fraud: Fraud is the eight layer of Hell. This layer has non-euclidean spaces all around, which means everything is all jumbled up into a huge mess, with real life locations all squeezed together, and optical illusions is all around this layer.
