Kay

Kay is female, 18 years old and best described as boisterous, friendly, and a fierce competitor. She has a generally laid-back and positive outlook, but is serious and a strong leader when it comes to tankery. She embodies great sportsmanship, kindness, and a sense of fair play. Kay is the Sensha-dō Commander for Saunders University High School, a school themed after American culture, though the students (including Kay) are generally depicted as Japanese who embrace foreign culture. She commands a M4 Sherman tank. She's a highly regarded commander and a fan favorite for her combination of tactical knowledge and good-natured demeanor.

Kay's favorite flowers are lupins, and her favorite tank is the US M4 Sherman medium tank. Outside of sensha-do, she enjoys throwing parties as a hobby. She is also a big eater and can eat half of a hamburger in a single bite. Kay's hometown, Sasebo, is known for American-style hamburgers. She also has two younger siblings: a brother and sister. Kay often uses English phrases in her regular speech.
