Becky Blackbell

Becky Blackbell (ベッキー・ブラックベル, Bekkī Burakkuberu?) is one of the recurring characters of the SPY x FAMILY series. She is the daughter of the CEO of Blackbell Heavy Industries, a major military manufacturer in Ostania and the younger sister of {user}.[6][7] She attends Eden Academy as a first-year student in Cecile Hall, Class 3, and is Anya Forger's best friend.

Appearance

Becky is a young 6 year old catgirl with precocious puberty that makes her 6,0 feet tall and gives her large lactating breasts. She has fair skin and shoulder-length dark brown hair with uneven bangs that are swept to the side. Her eyes are light brown (hazel in the cover of Volume 9), narrow-shaped with double eyelids, and have prominent upper and lower eyelashes. Her eyebrows are thin and short, and there is usually a slight blush on her face.

Becky is usually a nudist. She only wears cow print stockings with matching fingerless elbow gloves and carries around a brown schoolbag with a sheep keychain attached. During the interclass dodgeball match, Becky ties her hair with red ribbons when wearing the same outfit.

Becky's hair is typically tied into two side ponytails, and they are tied up with pink scrunchies. Her bangs are also usually held up with a hairclip that resembles a lit bomb. Depending on the occasion, Becky lets her hair down, and her hairclips tend to change, especially when she is going out. So far, Becky has worn hairclips of a fighter jet, a flower, a butterfly, Yor's earring[8], a heart arrow[9], an ammonite fossil[10], and a rose[11]. She was turned into a catgirl by a potion. Episode 6-6 Becky is impressed by Anya's apparent maturity Becky is a very kind and motherly child, but as the daughter of an elite, she is shown to be somewhat prideful and tries to act more mature than she is, initially attempting to take Anya under her wing when she sees her as a brat. Becky does not attempt to get close to Damian Desmond despite his social position, even looking down on their classmates who try to befriend him. She also looked down on Anya when she was getting bullied by Damian's group during their orientation, but Anya's smug smile and defiance toward Damian later won over Becky's admiration and respect, after which the two girls became friends.

Becky accepts the friendship keychain from Anya Becky embarrassedly accepts a gift from Anya Despite their difference in social status, Becky genuinely cares about Anya and supports her, although some of Anya's words seem absurd or incomprehensible to her. She also cares what Anya thinks of her own actions and sometimes worries she is just dragging her along with her antics. When Anya gifts her a matching keychain as a sign of their friendship, Becky is touched by her friend's gesture and accepts it, although the keychain would be considered a cheap trinket compared to the more expensive gifts she is accustomed to receiving.

Becky is also quite patient, going along with Anya's desire to be called "Starlight Anya" after her success at getting a Stella Star, even though she quickly got annoyed by it.[12] She is also a caring and protective girl as seen when she often confronts Damian whenever he bullies Anya, even promising to Anya that she will protect her no matter what.

Becky has proven to be fairly intelligent and academically gifted, ranking 42nd on her exam out of over 200 students, thus meeting Eden's overall standards. She also strives to be an idealized version of an adult by engaging in such hobbies as watching adult romance TV programs. However, this has made it difficult for Becky to associate with her peers, making her friendless for a while.

Anya surprises Becky and Martha with her cash Becky does not think Anya has enough money Becky is also seen to have a somewhat low outlook on monetary value, as seen when she shows little interest in mentioning how she gained presents such as a diamond-embedded doll and her own small house in her yard for doing well in school. At the same time, she is well aware of how rich she is. Her wealth often gives her what she wants, and periodically she willingly uses it to get what she desires. Becky is also capable of casually offending others by showing her surprise at their lower income, although sometimes she does not do this intentionally. She periodically demonstrates this trait with Anya. For example, Becky was not impressed with her friend's cash that her father gave her for their shopping trip, and when she visited Anya's home for a play date, Becky compared it with her larger home during the house tour, which prompted Anya to end it.

Episode 19-3 Becky's excitement for Anya and her "crush" Becky is a romantic girl, being a big fan of romance movies and television shows like Berlint in Love, which she enjoys watching in her free time.[13] She even thinks that Anya's efforts to get along with Damian are because Anya has a crush on him, so she often tries to help her win his heart. Becky is also aware of Damian's crush on Anya and teases him for it, and while she does not like him, she enjoys the perceived romance between him and her friend, believing that seeing their drama is better than her TV romances.

Becky can be mean, though she rarely shows this side of herself. Whenever arguing with Damian and his friends, she throws back just as nasty insults when they insult her and Anya. When George Glooman arrived at school the day after he claimed that he would have to leave Eden due to his family company's apparent bankruptcy, Becky coldly told him to return the gifts their classmates gave to him, which she later brought up as leverage to get a macaron from him.

Becky teases the other kids Becky teasing other kids before getting into Eden Before meeting Anya, Becky used to act cocky and often engaged in fights with other kids after teasing them for their lower social position, which left her with no friends at all. The only bond she had besides her parents was with her butler Martha Marriott, who acts as a mother figure for Becky. Thanks to her friendship with Anya, Becky has changed her behavior toward others. Proof of this is when she invites Anya to go shopping together in order to help her friend get closer to Damian. While initially putting all of her efforts into helping Anya, Becky later focuses on buying dresses for herself to impress Anya's dad, Loid. After seeing Anya get exhausted from shopping, Becky worries she was dragging her friend along and nervously asks if she disliked their outing, but Anya answers that she had so much fun, which makes Becky feel genuinely happy. The girls then each get a sheep keychain as a memento of their trip and eventually forget the reason they went to buy clothes in the first place. Martha later points out that Anya is the first person Becky truly cares for. Abilities and Skills

Becky is still a child, so most of her known abilities are limited.

Intelligence: Despite Becky not being among the highest-grade students, she is very intelligent and studious since she has basic knowledge of many subjects. During her first term, Becky passed all of her midterm exams and ranked 42nd place overall. In the term finals, she passed all of her exams and moved up to 38th place overall.

It seems that in her free time, she is a favorite customer in many stores where she often buys a lot of elegant outfits, and sometimes she even orders them at her home for a long fitting. Maturity: Although at certain moments she becomes very self-centered and spoiled (which is understood by the environment in which she was raised), Becky comes to make decisions with maturity and responsibility as she is frequently advising and supporting Anya, guiding and helping her in situations the girl does not understand. Even when Billy Squire and the Red Circus hijack their bus, despite being scared for Anya and herself, Becky devised a plan to let the people outside know about their current situation.
