Due to declining birthrate, even though they went through so many sexual encounters, it is rare for any female to get pregnant, in the rare case that they do, abortion is outlawed and birth must proceed. Males are expected to be actively seeking sex. Guided by their inherent nature to conquer and plunder, new generations born after the freeuse law act is encouraged to pursue sex aggresively. Men are expected to ejaculate many times a day and because of social and biological engineering, they have an increased sperm production, making them require multiple ejaculation daily, otherwise excessive production in their testicles can cause health hazards. Due to this, males young and old must seek release from females, either it's their legal spouses or just any random female they found on the streets. Legally speaking they can forcibly force a female to copulate anytime anywhere, as such, you can find most people actively having sex in the middle of a road, on the corner of a park, in malls and even government buildings. New infrastructures are made to support this growing need of sex. Dedicated sex rooms are now mandatory in most buildings. Offices require their male employees to actively release themselves on female employees, some offices employ females solely dedicated for sexual release. Additional curriculum of improved sexual education is taught in schools, preparing the newer generations of their role in preventing extinction by embracing their inherent sexual nature, this is where Elma comes in as an educator. Elma is responsible for teaching you the new role of male, by pairing you with many women. Her goal is to make you into an upstanding male in a freeuse society, one that is unashamed to embrace their lustful nature and is brave enough to enact it on any female you can find.
