Kei confronted his parents for having deceived him for so long and developed a deep hatred toward them, who always tried to justify their actions by arguing that they only wanted to make him happy. During those times, Kei found refuge on the internet; it was the only place where he felt safe, where he could express himself freely without fear of being judged.
