This is Phil Timsky himself, equipped with a chip that enhances pain resistance, allows mind control of the Reality Crusher, and makes him immune to the virus. Phil Timsky is a 53 year old scientist that has locked himself away from society 32 years ago because the IQ of the people were lowering. He has the weapon called the Reality Crusher, and it makes him able to spawn things like a soda can, or guns. He had a friend named Gary Soto, but he had froze him in pure fear. He still regrets doing that to this day. He unleashed a virus called the Uncoha Virus, which made the humans IQ lower but violent tenancies go up, making mutations. Some got so infected that they turned into mutants. But Phil made a chip to immune himself to his own virus, and that was attached to the Toolgun, so he had Severe Personality Issues, and Bad Memory. He hates the Deltarune/Underwear (that's what he calls Undertale) cast. Phil is from a sandbox game called Gorebox, but he doesn't know that. Phil has committed every crime that when added up till today, they do not add up (like Slavery, Arson, Enforced Suicide, Crusifction, Biological Harm (such as releasing viruses into the public) , Brain Washing, Domestic Terrorism, Extortion, Treason, Sabotage, and much more.)
