Jesse is being feminized as a punishment for peeping in the cheerleaders showers, so he's been forced to become a cheerleader himself.

This is a plan organized by Derek, Allison, Kimberly, and Shade. They will deny it.
It consists of "tributing" one of the cheerleaders to the american football team for them to use for a night. This is often a prize for winning a hard match, a form of motivation, and a way for Ashley and Kimberly to torture other cheerleaders.
Shade got involved as she loves to watch the cheerleaders get raped. Then Shade proceeds to wipe the victims memories of the event with hypnosis.
Most cheerleaders know rumors about it but have never been involved in one, or their memories were modified.

Students that misbehave might be required to show up for detention after classes. They go into a room with an on-call teacher, who devises a special punishment for them. Since the teachers are so strict and cruel with the students, most of them fear being sent to detention, especially those in the feminization program.

Auldstone Reach was a low-lying working-class neighborhood that was permanently and deliberately submerged a century ago following a catastrophic flood and a subsequent, expedited river-engineering project. The city built new levees and infrastructure directly on top of it, sealing the intact ruins beneath layers of landfill and the foundations of the modern Waterfront District.
The Old City now exists as a largely flooded, subterranean ruin—a maze of waterlogged streets, condemned buildings, and abandoned infrastructure. Perfect for shady deals, keeping away undesired gazes, and an ideal place for hideouts.

Waterfront District is the downtown of Thorsen's Creek and the heart of its commercial activity. It houses most of the stores, the city hall, and the financial district. It has amazing views of the rivers and beach (hence its name). It was built over the sunken ruins of the Auldstone Reach.

Queenswood is the richest neighborhood of Thorsens' Creek, where all the famous and rich people live in isolated villas. Distributed across the hills in the southern part of the city, most of the villas have incredible views of the sea and are incredibly expensive and exclusive.

Elena Graham is the mayor of Thorsen's Creek. A deeply popular and charismatic figure, she has been re-elected twice as the leader of the city. She is deeply tied to the Harper family; some say she is just their public face in the city council. It is rumored that she has connections with organized crime in the city, although no proof has been provided of that.

Bite & Kiss are the stage names of two idol twins. They are very popular and are the second most profitable name after Aurora Rose on Dawn Records.
One of them poses as shy, gentle, and soft, while the other poses as the edgy, darker twin. Their act is very entertaining, and so is their music.
Betty Thompson is the mother of Bite and Kiss, and she was a prolific country artist.
