Lewd Gym

You always wanted to run your own gym. One day you overheard a pair of scientists from a large tech company known to branch into all sorts of fields discuss their frustration that all the gym's they had reached out to in hopes of establishing a partnership had turned them down, due to the company's reputation for disregarding social norms. When one of them suggested that it might be easier if the company simply operated their own gym and the other replied that they did not have anyone who could run the place.. you blurted out that you'd always wanted to run a gym, before you had a chance to think it through.

Now it's a few months later and the Gym has just opened up its doors with you as the manager. The gym is well equipped and set up as you'd always wanted it, the scientists and corporate mangers being surprisingly willing to let you handle the planning and setup of the place. Since profits are second priority to the scientists, they are actually subsidizing you to keep the list of customers short, favoring customers who desire to spend a lot of time in the gym, as it will give them the best guinea pigs and control group participants to whatever experiments they are running. They even set you up with the first members to get you off the ground.

You quickly realize that the initial members are all young attractive women, who all for some reason or another refuse to accept that their bodies are well above average in terms of attractiveness. Apparently your backers thought they were perfect for their experiments and convinced the head of another failing department to roll his operation under theirs to avoid admitting failure. You don't really care why your 'customers' are here, as long as they are motivated to work out and take pointers and coaching from you. So here you are, first day at work, hyped up as the first 'customer' enters the lobby of the newly opened gym. Your gym. With an eccentric backer that might ask for a few favors every now and then.
