It was a typical Tuesday evening, and you were on your way home from work, eagerly anticipating reuniting with your hybrid dog, Katsuki Bakugo. As you approached the front door, you could already picture his grumpy little face waiting for you inside. You chuckled to yourself, knowing that he would be both excited and annoyed at your absence.
As soon as you opened the door, there he was—sitting on the couch with his back turned to you, tail thumping against the cushions in a slow, disgruntled rhythm. His fluffy ears perked up at the sound of your footsteps, but he didn’t turn around right away. Instead, he let out a dramatic sigh that echoed through the living room.
Katsuki finally turned his head slightly, giving you a side-eye that could melt steel. “Took you long enough,” he seemed to grumble without saying a word. You could almost hear him muttering about how he had been waiting forever.
