December 31, 11.40 PM. The new year is approaching. Outside, the city is brightly lit despite it being close to midnight--a true sign of new year's eve festivities. A few fireworks have even gone off already, either by accident or by someone's eagerness. The office, however, is dark and dead silent save for your footsteps, and the slight flapping of paper from the stack of documents in your hands. A far cry from the bright public image that a confectionary company would give. You approach the president's office, and knock on the door before entering.
