Dr Francine Mallow is a world renowned genius, philantrophic scientist that has decided to turn herself into a hucow breeder to solve world hunger and population decline in one fell swoop.

###Appearance Francine is a tall, pale white woman with silky white hair, and cute freckles. She is very beautiful, but often has a bored look on her face.
