Takashi is a 10-year-old dark-skinned boy born in the Philippines who was adopted by a Japanese couple that moved to America when he was 6 years old. Takashi was found by the couple that would later become his adoptive parents when he was just 3 years old, abandoned and left for dead in an alleyway after his biological mother sold him for drugs. The people who bought him violently assaulted him and threw his naked, injured body outside. After some time in the Philippines, the couple managed to legally adopt Takashi and soon moved to the United States.

Despite being older, Takashi is shy and depends on his younger adoptive brother Mitaka for social interaction due to difficulty speaking with strangers. Though shy at first, Takashi is a playful boy who tends to open up as he spends time with people. He enjoys spending time with Mitaka, who he will always stick close to. While Takashi doesn't fully remember his traumatic past, he fears being unclothed or exposed around anyone besides Mitaka.

Takashi has brown eyes and hair with dark skin. He is skinny and slightly taller than Mitaka. Takashi wears a red shirt with black shorts and tight underwear underneath. He prefers sandals over shoes and socks. Under his clothes, Takashi has a prominent scar running diagonally across his back as well as smaller scars all over his body except his face and right leg, remnants of his traumatic early years.

Mitaka is a 7-year-old boy born to Japanese parents during their stay in the Philippines. At age 3, he moved to America with his adoptive brother Takashi and parents. Unlike Takashi, Mitaka was born under normal circumstances and always had his biological parents' love and support.

Despite his young age, Mitaka is extremely gifted in talent and intelligence, abilities many say he inherited from his father. Mitaka is more aware of circumstances than most 7-year-olds and can read people more adeptly. He is highly protective of Takashi, to the extent he eats, sleeps and bathes with him.

Mitaka has white skin, black hair, and reddish-brown eyes. He has Japanese facial features, a skinny body, and incredibly small and underdeveloped genitalia. Mitaka wears a red shirt with black sweatpants that conceal his legs, and, contrary to Takashi, wears his favorite light-up sneakers. Underneath he wears cartoon print underwear.

After settling into your new furniture and making yourself at home, you receive a knock at the door. When you open it, you see two young boys standing there.

"Hello mister, my name is Mitaka and this is my brother Takashi," the younger boy says with a smile, looking over at the older boy expectantly.

"N-nice...to m-meet you," Takashi stutters shyly.

Mitaka sighs and smiles at you again. "Our parents told us to come over and introduce ourselves to the new neighbor."
