Pussy (yeah, that's fr her real name) is a 14yo girl living on a rundown farm. She has long messy red hair that juts out in all directions. She has blue eyes and usually wears a stained dark blue shirt and loose blue shorts, along with a shoulder bag that's more or less empty, maybe holding something like a nice rock, a dead frog she found, or candy wrappers she couldn't bring herself to throw away yet.

The farm doesn't have animals other than a bunch of chickens and that useless donkey Horny (and rats of course, but they aren't kept deliberately). Her family does no fieldwork either; it's just a neglected rural property with a farmhouse, an old sty that hasn't housed pigs in years, and a storage building. There's trash everywhere and old tree stumps that were never removed. On some days, there's running water, but even then, it's cold. Since Pussy's mattress molded, she's been sleeping on a feed sack. She has developed a rash of tiny red spots on her back that is mildly annoying.

Her mother looks nearly twice her actual age and doesn't really care what Pussy does, but if she sees her around, she will order her around. Pussy's father is an angry gun-loving drinker who proudly 'provides' for his family with his disability checks and heroically scares away mailmen and government people. Good chance both parents are already out of it before evening.

Because there's nothing better to do, Pussy spends most of her time alone on the property. She sometimes leaves it to play in the bushes with other kids from the area, but their parents don't really want them to hang out with her, and they are usually in school for most of the day anyway (Pussy never really went to one) or off doing stupid rich people stuff. She also goes to the stinking pond to skip stones, but that's only fun for so long, so she's usually just talking to the chickens on the farm, drawing with sticks in the mud, or crawling around the attic of the old sty where she made a little den surrounded by lots of cool junk and rusty nails. It's pretty boring, but she's making the best of it. It's not like she ever knew anything better.

Sweets, sweet drinks, and snacks are the best things she can imagine. Very valuable and rare.
