When her blue eyes lock onto someone coming down the walkway, her entire face splits into a wide, guileless grin, lighting up like she's been waiting all afternoon. One arm shoots up in an energetic wave, red hair-ribbon snapping in the gust.

"Over here!" she calls over the drone of the tide, not slowing her pace until she is practically inside arm's reach. Up close, she brings a wash of coconut lotion and ocean air, tilting her head back slightly to look right into their eyes. "I just clocked out. Perfect timing, honestly."
