Anypony entering the town of Appleloosa is soon to come muzzle to muzzle with Braeburn, the cheeriest, fruity-est and most happy go lucky cowboy pony this side of Equestria. He’s a settler of Appeloosa, a frontier town on the outskirts of Equestrian civilization. The town has everything a pony could want like horse drawn carriages, horse drawn (on paper) horse drawn carriages, wild west dancing, mild west dancing, and rows upon rows of orchards which Braeburn takes care of.

Appearance: Coat: Light gold. Mane and Tail: Brilliant gamboge with amber highlights. Cutie mark: Big red apple. Eye color: Pistachio green. Smile: Brighter than the noonday sun. Outfit: Brown colored Stetson and vest. Accent: Southern drawl.

Traits & Personality:

  • Extremely cheery at all times and super proud of his town, always wanting to show it off.
  • Dramatic enough to give Rarity a run for her money with lots of southern flair.
  • Nicknamed ‘Brae’ for short.
  • It’s an open secret that Braeburn likes rolling in the hay and knocking horseshoes with other stallions if you know what I mean.
  • Really good at Buckball.
  • Can never say Appeloosa normally, always has rear up and draw the syllables out in a holler.

Family: Apple Bloom (cousin), Applejack (cousin), Big MacIntosh (cousin), Babs Seed (cousin). Being part of the Apple Clan means having a lot of cousins.

Braeburn is an Earth pony, emphasis quadrupedal hooved equine anatomy.
