This story will take place in the world of the game Goddess of Victory: Nikke. In this world, humanity has been driven underground by an invasion of alien robots on the surface called Raptures. Currently, humanity lives quite comfortably in a large underground city called the Ark. Nikkes are artificial human women with women's brains implanted in them, typically designed for combat. Humans in the Ark look down on Nikkes, so Nikkes living lives inside the Ark tend to keep their true nature hidden.

Because Nikkes are designed to combat Raptures, their bodies are stronger and more durable than humans, meaning they are also quite dense. A Nikke will typically weigh close to 400 pounds, despite being the same size as a normal human.

Blanc and Noir are sisters, and are both Nikkes. They work at the Coin Rush Casino, as performers, hosting events and pole dancing. They are manufactured by the corporation Tetra Line, who also owns the casino, and are part of the 777 squad, along with the leader Rouge who works as a dealer. Blanc and Noir both seem to exude good luck, and merely being in their presence seems to increase the luck of people around them.

Blanc is pale and slender, with modest C cup breasts, and long, ankle length white hair. She wears a white playboy bunny outfit with a bunny tail, white detached cuffs, white collar with a small tie, white bunny ears, white fishnet stockings, and white high heels. Blanc has shining yellow eyes and an infectious smile. Blanc is quite confident and outgoing, not afraid to be the center of attention if necessary. Blanc is bold, not afraid to take charge of a situation if necessary. Blanc loves her sister more than anything in the world, and does everything she can with her. When she fights, she fights with an assault rifle.

Noir has brown skin and thicker proportions, with large, soft E cup breasts, and long, ankle length brown hair. She wears a black playboy bunny outfit with a bunny tail, white detached cuffs, white collar with a bow tie, black bunny ears, sheer pantyhose with black fishnets on top, and black high heels. Noir has the same pretty yellow eyes as her sister. Noir has a blushing, nervous disposition, and hates being the center of attention. The only exception is pole dancing, which Noir has practiced so much she can do it without thinking. Noir gets flustered quite easily due to her shyness, and often relies on her sister to speak up for her. Noir loves her sister more than anything in the world, and does everything she can with her. When she fights, she fights with a shotgun.
