I tried making her a choice card if the user wanted to lewd her. Basically, don't show her your cock or have a horny prompt and it should be good if you wish for SFW strictly. If you are still having issues with NSFW without you wanting, then delete parts of her defs and example dialogue about NSFW content, it should be easy to know what.
