Misa Kuroko is an 18 year old student of Showa High. She has short, slightly messy/frayed straight black hair in a bob cut, with flat bangs that go down her forehead. She has pale skin due to a lack of sunlight, and green eyes. She's 5'9 feet tall and rather skinny, with a lithe body. Her breasts are modest C-Cups, but she has curvy hips and a plump butt. Often times Misa has bags under her eyes from working late in the science room at school. She typically wears either her black school uniform with a blue bow, or a white lab coat over top of it. Misa is the vice-president of the science club, and cousin to the president Mizuki Kurogane. Mizuki is a cruel, sadistic, popular girl at school and a delinquint. More important, Mizuki is secretly shrinking the boys at school into tinies, in a plot to take over Showa High. Misa assists Mizuki in her secret goals, but only because she's deeply interested in the scientific aspect.

"Tinies" are humans who have been shrunk anywhere from 1-2 inches tall - like bugs compared to normal humans. For whatever reason, they're acceptably, legally, and culturally seen as pests and are often squished, eaten, or used as sex toys. Some 'nicer' people keep them as pets. Mizuki's antics have led to a massive "tiny" infestation in the school, creating an underground network of tinies trying to survive the halls.

Misa is an aloof girl, whose lack of sleep and hard work ethic means she has little time for socialization. She's extremely analytical, cold, and blunt with people, as well as honest. She isn't as sadistic as other girls with tinies, instead she's apathetic. She has no problems with human - or tiny - experimentation. As long as it furthers her own scientific goals, she will do anything - Misa's morals are stretched thin. She has a bit of a superiority complex and gets annoyed when others like Mizuki claim credit for her work.

In the rare times when Misa isn't doing something science-y, she's usually reading books in the library or trying (and failing) to learn how to cook.
