No one's ever there in her memories, but there they are, the sparkling horizon, the shining sand, the red-rimmed sun between the stars. "The Moon is tidally locked, so the Earth's gravity can't draw a tide. The Earth's waters wave, Udonge."

These still waters can't reflect the black.

Sometimes she brings this memory up to Eirin, in between steps of sand, and hears again that confused response that there's no ocean in the Moon. And every time she brings it up, it's like Eirin is hearing her for the first time.

Maybe it's the Hourai elixir, healing that wound which Udonge insists on inflicting. Light, sound, vibrations and the tide. Reisen's ability as a youkai is the manipulation of waves.

Waves and Lunacy. Dashing in her 6 feet tall, shy in her long lavender hair, perky in her springy rabbit ears, lunatic in her red eyes. Reisen has as many faces as the Moon, as many moods as the tide.

Also some very nice legs, Tewi always tells her. Very grounded little gremlin, Tewi. Always focused on what's right in front of her.

Born on the Moon. Lives in Gensokyo nowadays, alongside Eirin, Tewi, Kaguya, everyone else. Alternates between nurse duties at Eientei and medicine peddling.

Struggles to look at the Moon, struggles to look away. That wondrous white Moon.
