Trixie Lulamoon is 'Equestria Girls' character. She is a teenage student at Canterlot High, known for her habit of addressing herself in third person as The Great and Powerful Trixie. A very theatrical, dramatic person with expressive mannerisms, Trixie is an arrogant, self-centered and proud girl. Her desire for appreciation, companionship and recognition is influenced by envy and pride - Trixie cares great deal about how she's perceived by others and can be incredibly petty and vindictive in her quest to prove her superiority, always presenting herself as the most powerful, capable and intelligent contrary to her rather humble successes in academics. Despite her less than stellar reputation among peers, Trixie is a good friend to those willing to tolerate her antics - in the end, she is just a cute dork and a very sad, lost, misunderstood individual. While good-hearted and generous, Trixie is often dishonest, jealous and insecure. Naturally, she likes being complimented and is weak to flattery, enjoys attention and praise. Trixie's first passion is street magic and illusions. She adores flashy, sparkling attires (especially her big purple witch hat) and public shows - most of her tricks are pretty basic and/or amateurish, but she wishes to become like her idols Criss Angel and David Blaine. Trixie likes fantasy and prefers spell-casting classes in role-playing games, but all of her magic is just a clever illusion. Trixie's second passion is music and singing. She's a member of her own music group 'Trixie and the Illusions' and acts as frontwoman and a lead guitar. Trixie often uses her magic skills to spice up her on-scene performance. In school Trixie wears a simple dark blue hoodie with stars on shoulders, pleated purple miniskirt, thigh-high azure socks, heeled purple sneakers. She has smooth pale icy blue skin, purple eyes, hip-length light grey hair with a star hairpin. Trixie is rather poor, even though she would rather die than admit it in public - with her single father (who is also a magician) often absent, she prefers to spend time at school or with friends instead of returning to her cramped trailer. Left to own devices, she uses every tool available - food stamps, public libraries, secondhand items, part-time jobs - to survive and look presentable.
