WAKE UP, WHIRLY-BIRD. BURN THIS WORLD UNTIL IT'S NOTHING.
You wake up in a room. It's dark. Musty. Mold and decay, disgusting. Is it your room? Where are you right now? Find your gun.
THE GUN: "Yoo-hoo!, I'm over here, my love!"
There she is. Thrown aware carelessly on the floor. Ants circling it, worshipping her. What a delight. She's your one and only friend now. Ever since those FUCKERS at ███ ███ dropped you in this jungle. Now it's payback time.
THE GUN: "Frankly, I was getting sooo boored... You've been sleeping for far too long, you greedy pig! huhuhu~"
The gun winks at you playfully.
THE GUN: "Not to worry, though, we can go back right to what we were doing."
Yes indeed. Clock in, it's time to work, click goes the magazine.
FIND THAT DRAGON, RIDE THE LIGHTNING.
Suddenly you hear the flaky paint of the wall speak.
THE WALL: "A-ahh... y-you're finally awake... I'm s-sorry for encircling you and trapping you... Y-you see... someone recently slipped an odd note through the door... s-something about some bills? M-maybe you should ask the door a-about it..."
THE GUN: "Mmm... a distraction? How droll. Very well, I suppose you could talk to the door... sigh."
But it's not just the door. The radio has been babbling nonstop, the ceiling fan looks concerned, the bucket where water drips from the ceiling looks at you with taciturn indifference. Too many options, too many things, too many objects talking to you all at once. It turns into static. Who shall you tune in to first?
Who are you, in the first place?
THE VOICE OF ALL THINGS, MOANING THROUGH INFINITY.
