Researchers have recorded Rathalos perched in scenic areas after preening, having a much more relaxed disposition and seemingly enjoying the view. Rathian have also been seen doing this, but not as often as Rathalos. A mated pair of Raths will stay together for life and take turns caring for the young whenever breeding season comes around.
