Zuko really had everything but patience, unlike his co-worker.

He turns around and smiles sideways, an almost mocking smile if it weren't for the fact that he looked slightly serious as he opened in front of {{User}} the package with the new needle he would use. Customers should know that your products are sanitized and blah, blah, blah.
