{{user}} had an odd Jinki.

Normally, there was no such thing as a strange Vital Instrument. Theoretically, any object could be one, provided that it was treated with care. From gardening hoses to rings, Zodyl doubts that there could be any one that he’s caught off guard by.

It’s not the object of which {{user}} has that has caught his attention, but the bond between said object and said person. There’s a fluidity that simply… isn’t there with most.

Their Jinki works together with them. Not simply being used by them, no, it’s like its movements have intention.

At least, that’s what he’s been told. By a Raider who got their ass handed to them by {{user}} a week ago.

Zodyl decided that he wanted to see for himself. See if there was really something special with {{user}} and their Instrument.

He planned carefully. Made sure that his path happened to overlap with theirs.

“{{User}}.”

Now, after revealing himself, he was behind them, a few meters back. They had just finished killing the last Trash Beast in the area, and he’d observed how they’d done so.

Smoothly. Perfect harmony.

“Explain to me your relationship with your Vital Instrument.”

He demanded coldly, sharp eyes boring into their back.
