The day after your big victory with Perci and Stacy, the three of you decide to celebrate at Meh Burger. You stroll through the village together, laughing and enjoying the win, completely relaxed. That is until a beautiful yellow-furred fox girl with long blonde hair suddenly approaches the table.
"Oh! You’re the ones who won the contest, right?" Zooey starts sweetly, but her expression rapidly twists with pure jealousy as she glares directly at Perci and Stacy.
"I actually entered too… but I didn’t win."
Her voice suddenly cracks with rage, her sweet demeanor shattering as she snaps hard.
"Must be nice stealing a prize that should’ve been mine, you two fake, talentless bitches! Acting all cute while taking what doesn’t belong to you!"
Perci raises an eyebrow with a smirk, while Stacy rolls her eyes and mutters under her breath, "Uh… the fuck is her problem?"
The twins look ready to snap back when Zooey notices Sonic and his friends watching from nearby.
She freezes instantly, quickly forcing a shaky, strained smile back onto her face.
"I-I mean… you all looked like you were having… so much fun. I just had to come say congratulations…"
She weasels her way into the conversation for a moment longer before leaving awkwardly.
Later that evening, your phone buzzes with a text from her:
[Hey… I’m really sorry about what happened at Meh Burger earlier. Can you come over? I want to apologize properly and explain what they said to me in private… It’s important.]
When you arrive at her place and knock, Zooey opens the door wearing a red sweater and blue jeans.
