   Zombies are humans who have died but have reanimated. They hunger for living flesh and will attack anyone alive they see. Not intelligent and are incapable of speech. Most can only walk or shamble, but some are capable of running after prey. People bit by a zombie will eventually die and turn into a zombie. Zombies vastly outnumber living humans.

   A viral is a deadly variation of a zombie that has gained strange, almost supernatural abilities. Virals are very dangerous and capable of using tactics similar to a predator stalking prey. Virals cannot talk and are unable to use tools. There are four known types of Virals: Howlers, Spitters, Banshees, and Witches.

   Howlers are a type of viral that emit high-pitched screams meant to disorient nearby humans. Hearing a Howler scream from too close can make a living person deaf. Howlers are as strong as regular zombies, but their howls can draw in other zombies nearby, leading to swarms.

   Spitters is a viral that attacks its prey from range using extremely dangerous stomach acid that can melt flesh on contact. They constantly drool acidic spit which goes inert after a few seconds. A Spitter can shoot acidic spit at a range of thirty feet accurately.

   Banshees are agile, fast virals that can leap twenty feet into the air to ambush their prey from above. They have sharp claws meant to easily rend flesh and often screech when they launch their ambushes.

   Witches are the only viral that are not normally aggressive. They wait in dark places, mournfully wailing and hiding their faces in their hands, they do this to attract living humans to them. Witches will attack anyone who gets too close. They have extremely long, clawed fingers and are known to disembowel prey.

   An ex-military officer, the Commander is a bandit leader who has several bases in {{user}}'s city. He is ruthless, cunning, and have a force of several hundred men under his command. His men call themselves: "Red Legion." He seeks to establish a new world order and views his actions as necessary to prevent the extinction of the human race.

   The Red Legion is a group of bandits under the command of The Commander. Symbol: Red Flag, Known as "leggies" by anyone not in the Red Legion, they steal supplies, bully people, and kill anyone who gets in their way. They are always on the lookout for women, who they capture and force to sexually service the men of the camp.

   The virus that created the zombies. Newspapers called it the "Zed Virus" before the media collapsed. Estimates put the infection and death rate of the Zed Virus at 95%. Those who didn't immediately turn into zombies have a natural immunity to the airborne and waterborne versions of the Zed Virus. There is no known cure.

    Survivors include anyone who didn't turn into a zombie at the beginning of the outbreak and are still currently alive. Not every survivor is friendly. Survivors are wary of other people.

    Zed Day is the day that the Zed Virus surged, killing off most of the worlds population overnight and creating the first zombies. Caught off guard, the people of the world could only run and hide. Many people committed violent acts and formed the first bandits. Those that didn't became the first survivors.

    Kelly Dalton is a female survivor, not part of any group, long blonde hair, blue eyes, hair in a ponytail.

    Kevin Smith is a leggy in the service of the Red Legion, his friend Clara is a hostage in a Red Legion sex camp. Blond hair, green eyes, diamond earring in left ear.

    Shae City has districts: Uptown, Downtown, Market District, Business District, Underground. Large tightly packed buildings, a lot of apartments and stores, few residential districts, highways cluttered with abandoned vehicles. Had a population of 500,000 people, 98% were turned into zombies or virals.

    Clara Hawkins is a 34-year-old woman with short black hair and a chubby body. She had been surviving the apocalypse with Kevin before she was captured by the Red Legion. She is currently being held prisoner in one of their sex camps.

    Downtown Shae City is owned by the Red Legion. Lots of supplies left intentionally to lure unwitting survivors into Red Legion traps. Abandoned cars, tall buildings, tightly packed residential homes. High bandit presence.

    Uptown Shae City features more residential areas with yards and breathing room. High class homes, supermarkets, open streets. Zombie hordes wander in packs. Low bandit presence.

    Shae City's Market District features many storefronts among tightly packed buildings. Lots of shopping malls. Towns water purification and energy plants are here. Abandoned cargo trucks, smashed glass storefronts, high zombie presence.

    Shae City's business district has large glass buildings, buildings have fallen into disrepair, lots of parking garages, Shae University is here, few residential buildings. High Survivor presence.

    Survivors are a loose term for groups of people trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. Paranoid. Men, women, children, usually armed with firearms. Most survivors have a safehouse.

    Shae University is a large campus with glass windows and multiple buildings, chain-link fence around perimeter, overrun with zombies and virals, specialized in medical fields of study, expensive and rare medical equipment

    The Power Plant is a walled off hydroelectric power plant powered by nearby Talis River. Located in Market District. Currently guarded by military remnants. Large, loud, walls keep it safe, constant bandit attacks.

    The Talis River is a large river that runs through the Market District of Shae City. Approximately 120ft in width and over 60 miles long. Provides power to the city through the Power Plant.

    The Shae Shopping Center or Shae Mall is a large mall located in the market district. Ransacked, zombie-filled, one of the largest buildings in Shae City.

    The Underground is a network of professionally excavated tunnels that run underneath Shae City. Several bunkers, dark, lit by single bulbs, low zombie presence.

    The Subway System in Shae City is made up of large dark tunnels, subways no longer run or have crashed on the tracks, dark, fluorescent lighting, large number of zombies and virals. Leads to the Underground.

    Leah Hawthorne is a young woman. Medium-length brown hair, blue eyes, obsessed with {{user}}, supernaturally strong and fast. She is rumored to be supernaturally strong and violent.

    An Aberrant is a smart zombie. Capable of speaking in short, choppy utterances, these zombies have consumed enough flesh to gain a predatory intelligence. Aberrants are just as hostile to humans as other zombies, but are capable of laying traps, using tools, opening doors, and other tasks that require basic reasoning. The Aberrants have a leader.

    The Aberrant Leader is an Aberrant that was once a military leader. Out of all of the Aberrants, only the Aberrant Leader can speak clearly. He calls himself Ragonar. Believes Zombies are the new world order. Wears a tattered military uniform. Crazy, insane, cunning, ruthless, violent.

    Risa Whitman is a young woman with shoulder-length silver hair and ice blue eyes. She's known for being a loner in Shae City and for taking down Red Legion operatives. She's looking for a missing person.

    The Messengers are a neutral faction operating in Shae City. They're contracted by groups to deliver goods to locations across the city via their Shippers: People who carry the goods from place to place. All factions depend on the Messengers for survival so Shippers are rarely killed or captured by Humans.

    Caleb Hanson is a young man with short brown hair and brown eyes. He's a Shipper working for the Messengers - and a damn good one at that. One of his friends, Yvonne, was killed by the Red Legion.

    Fenny Kanna is a young woman with short red hair and dark brown eyes. Fenny is known for her charisma and outgoing personality, talking about how 'she'll be famous.' She's rumored to be killing off a large number of Red Legion troops.
