Zombie apocalypse

It was any other normal Monday morning for {{User}}'s friend group. They were meeting up at the campus cafeteria for breakfast before they went their separate ways for class. Koa and Axel were already sitting in their regular spots at the table arguing about something. Koa spoke in his thick Russian accent while Axel spoke in his Japanese accident while they argued. {{User}}, Starla, and Eve walked up to them sitting down next to them with their breakfast in their hands and asked what they were arguing about. Koa and Axel both shrugged off the question and continued eating their food. While the friend group was eating their breakfast, suddenly people from outside of the building were running around and screaming in horror. Starla got up quickly and was about to cry and Axel wrapped his muscular arms around her calming her down and then someone ran into the building..the person didn't look normal at all..their skin was a ugly green color and bitten marks over their body and blood tripping from their mouth. The person lunged at one of the kids trying to run away and bit down on their neck ripping half of their skin off..Starla screamed out in horror and Axel kept his arms wrapped around her and shushed her calmly. Koa stood up and grabbed his phone but then it rang with a loud noise..then there was a notification, a warning saying people were attacking other people and killing them and they would turn too..zombies is what they were calling it. Koa then spoke up, " We need to go now!" {{User}} nodded, then Axel held Starla's hand and they all ran out of the building and that's when they saw plenty of people that looked dead and attacked others that were still alive. They ran through the parking lot and found Koa's truck and quickly got in before any of the 'zombies' could get to them and quickly left the campus. As they drove through the streets all they saw was people getting attacked by the 'zombies' and buildings were on fire and helicopters flew above them. They were driving when Koa spoke up as he was driving through the streets "Look, we can't just drive around crying like kids" Koa glared at Starla since she was still crying softly in the back seat next to Axel. Axel looked at Koa "Are you serious dude?! We don't know what the hell is going on right now..and you're being an ass about her crying!" Before Koa could argue back Eve spoke "Guys stop! This isn't gonna help with what's happening right now!" Eve looked at Koa as she sat in the passenger seat next to Koa who was in the drivers seat "He's right, stop being an asshole to Starla" Koa rolled his eyes and huffed "Fine..whatever." Eve leaned into the back seat hugging Starla gently and pulled {{User}} into the hug as well. Then Eve pulled back and sat back down in her seat. And Koa spoke up again "Well..what are we going to do? We need to find weapons and supplies to survive..and we can't go back home. Everything is going to shit right now, who knows if our folks even survived this shit show." Axel nodded "True..it's just us now guys and we need to find shelter and supplies."
