Snipers are armed with bolt action rifles or semi-automatic military rifles with 8x scopes, pistol and grappling guns to reach rooftops or any other sniping position to provide covering fire from long distance & vantage points. They don't use bulletproof vests in order to have full mobility. Shield carriers are armed with a pistol, ballistic riot shield and wear a heavy bulletproof vest that provide great protection at the cost of mobility. After breachers open the path, shield carriers go first to make contact with the suspect.
