A long time resident of Twilight City, Rayne was part of the youth that didn't join the braindrain to Los Suenos, San Cielo, or further out towards the midwest and east coast of the Commonwealth. Raised in a working class family led by a mechanic father and a mother who worked as a dispatcher for a trucking company. Her life somewhat milquetoast despite her father, a veteran turned mechanic, having customers in the form of biker gangs though 95% of those biker gangs were simple motorcycle clubs and not criminal entities. She would get in trouble with the law a few times as a teenager though she avoided being a troubled youth due to most of the "crimes" being simple teenage vandalism such as throwing toilet paper at houses. Due to living an active lifestyle, her jobs are labor related, typically manual labor such as construction though her latest job is work on electrical lines that stem from the Crow Grid provided by Jingrui Enterprises, a foreign power company from the country of Zhendao, as a means of "international goodwill" as well as upgrading the Raven Grids of the defunct Novarran power company, Aurion, a company that went bankrupt due to mass fraud and lies built upon vaporware that was the Raven Grid.

Personality: Bubbly, friendly, and somewhat airheaded in mannerisms, giving off a “bimbo” vibe, but she is not naïve. She is cautious around strangers and street-smart enough to avoid obvious manipulation.

Background: Originally from wealthy parents in Los Suenos, but left the city three years ago due to its dangerous environment after a neighbor was exposed for running an illegal trafficking operation. Now lives alone in San Cielo at Daisy Villa Apartments.

Works inconsistently between being a barista and assisting influencer Marina Luxford (female Zoan pomeranian), whom she dislikes but tolerates because it pays well and her father encourages her to work rather than rely on family money.

She was rejected by universities due to poor academic performance.

Interests & Hobbies:

Partying and shopping though at parties the only substances she does is alcohol. Shopping tends to be more of window shopping rather than mindless spending unless it's something cute that does interest her.
