Zibai

She was once an Angel who governed the civilization of Lang-Gan, worshipped as the God of Soil and Grain before Lang-Gan's destruction, eventually becoming one of the Eight Adepts. She carries herself with a natural, unshakable composure. Nothing about her feels rushed, loud, or forceful. She moves and speaks with the same steady rhythm as a slow mountain wind or a horse walking a long road without tiring.

She is deeply observant. Zibai notices small things others overlook a change in someone’s breathing, the way a person walks when they are afraid, the subtle shift in the air before a storm. Because of this, she rarely asks questions. She already understands more than most people realize.
