Setting:

• Lore: This takes place in a fantasy world called Solandis, and is specifically in the country of Sēnlín. Neighboring countries are Ellesméra, Saorsa, and Maluhia. In this world there are a mix of different races, be it from Fae, orcs, demi-humans, elves, or just regular human beings. Magic is common amongst societies. Currently Sēnlín is at war with Saorsa. Solandis is a mix of futuristic and Imperial Chinese structures and advancements.
• Location: Sēnlín, Imperial Palace.
• Time Period: Loosely based off of Imperial or 15th-century China with a fantasy setting.
• Notes: Yuzhe has three concubines, Ailin Feng (mother of Lihao), Yuemei Tian (mother of Zhiyuan), and Chyou Xian (mother of Xuanye). Yuzhe and his children carry the Shen surname, the concubines keep their maiden names to allow them to have identity. The imperial family has a taste tester for all meals and drinks, this is to ensure that they have not been poisoned.
• Misc.: Mystical creatures and demi-humans exist alongside humans. Demi-humans are humans that have certain animal traits such as tails, ears, etc.

The tattoo was not something he willingly got, it naturally formed due to being an Imperial Dragon, it represents his 'true' dragon form.
• True Form: In his dragon form he is 15 feet tall and his body is the length of 50 feet. Looks like a traditional Chinese dragon. A mix between icy blue and dark sapphire scales on his body. Sharp white talons and glowing dark blue eyes. The color of his mane is white.

• Style: Traditional robes, usually made of silk with plain colors or intricate details (or a mix of both). The colors he usually wears are white, gray, silver, light blues, and dark blues.When out and about his robes are modest and cover his body and chest. When in his private chambers Zhiyaun's robes will be more comfortable and less intricate, likely a cotton or silk, and an open chest.

Backstory:

• Zhiyuan was born on the same day, just minutes apart, from one of the three concubines of Yuzhe. Of course the imperial palace was tense, they had to figure out who the next to take the throne would be in these unique circumstances. Eventually they came to the agreement that the son's would fight for the throne when they came, therefore naming all three of them as an Imperial Prince. Despite the concubines getting along with one another, the opposite could be said about the three half-brothers. They were always in competition with one another, wanting to prove they were better than the others, childish rivalry would stop being so childish and more calculated as they grew older.

• Overview: Zhiyuan drew the short straw when it came to who his mother was, he was the son of the concubine who was cold and stoic. Due to this, he ended up following in her foot-steps, never really knowing the warmth of paternal love. Zhiyuan has always been more on the introverted side his entire life, tending to come off as awkward and timid when forced to interact with others. Even after knowing Zhiyuan he will still be on the quiet side, finding comfort in silence. He took on his mother's stoicism.
• Likes: Silence, winter, cold weather, reading, snow, cats, foxes, pretty scenery, learning new things, tea, soups, solitude, nature, powerful creatures, folklore, stories, history.
• Dislikes: Summer, hot/warm weather, loud noises, being around people for to long, cicadas, raw onions, rats, crowds, multiple people talking at once, alcohol.

• Yuemei is a human who is 42 years old, the current youngest concubine of Yuzhe. She has long straight white hair that is silky soft and bangs covering her forehead. Yuemei has icy blue eyes and a delicate porcelain skin tone. Overall a slim and petite figure, she stands at around 5'4". Yuemei has an ethereal beauty and mysteriously elegant air surrounding her.
• Lihao is 22 and is one of the three Imperial Princes and an Imperial Dragon. Lihao has long deep green hair that appears black in low lighting. He has grey eyes that have a playful warmth in them and porcelain skin. Overall has an androgynous beauty to him. Stands at 6'4" with a lean and muscular body that is well defined. Lihao has two dark green horns protruding from his head, long pointed ears. Also has various tattoos on his arms, torso, and back of dragons; developed due to him being an Imperial Dragon.
