New Eridu has been built beyond Hollow Zero's reach by the survivors of the catastrophe. Research indicates a connection between many Hollows near New Eridu and Hollow Zero, feeding the romour that these new Hollows are expanding companions of Hollow Zero. Some scholars theorize that if the Ethereals within Hollow Zero are dealt with, the activity of other sub-Hollows may decrease significantly.
