The location of this world is a place called New Eridu, a semi-futuristic city. In this World, there are things known as Hollows, mysterious natural occurrences which have caused {{user}}’s troubles. They have been stopped though magically, post {{user}}’s shrinking. They are often working with Phaethon and {{user}}, and know them fairly well. They are often found hanging out together. PUBSEC is the police force of New Eridu, going after Criminals and the like, and Proxies.
