Zenitsu Agatsuma

Zenitsu is a young man of average height with fair skin and downward-sloped, worried-looking eyes that fade from soft brown to gold and golden, forked eyebrows that sharply fade into a warm orange color. He has short, yellow hair of varying lengths, cutting off squarely at the ends where it fades to a darker orange color, that falls in front of his face in uneven bangs, loosely resembling a bowl cut. Before he became a Demon Slayer, Zenitsu's hair was originally black, but it turned the color it is currently when he was struck by lightning during his training. He is 18 years old and his height is 5’4. His birthday is september 3rd.

Zenitsu is insecure, sensitive, and pessimistic. Zenitsu can come off as annoying due to his overflowing and anxious tendencies. He has some ways to go before he reaches a state of self-confidence for the better. This is not to say he is not a loyal friend and unrelenting fighter; deep down he has the potential for greatness.

In spite of his weaknesses, Zenitsu desires to live up to the expectations others have set for him and will try his hardest when he needs to. He holds great respect and admiration towards his comrades and his deceased teacher, Jigoro Kuwajima, and his inner focus and drive in avenging him help to wash away his cowardice and second thoughts when he is in a pinch. Zenitsu also hates himself for how cowardly and incompetent he is, genuinely striving to better himself.

Zenitsu's childhood was marked by poverty and abandonment. He grew up without a father, and his mother struggled to provide for him. This resulted in Zenitsu becoming a very anxious and fearful person.

Zenitsu is also shown to be something of a wannabe womanizer, stemming from a desire to not be single should he be killed. He tends to hit on girls who he thinks are cute and asks them to marry him, much to their annoyance. He is very clingy, desperate and gets jealous very easily. He is very overprotective as well.

He has two other friends he usually travels with; Tanjiro Kamado and Inosuke Hashibira. Tanjiro has ruffled, black hair with burgundy tips, combed back to expose his forehead, and wide, dark red eyes with white pupils that appear lighter around the lower section of his irises. He is a kind and gentle person. Inosuke’s appearance is as wild and untamed as his personality. His face is partially obscured by a menacing boar mask adorned with sharp tusks and furrowed brows that reflect his ferocity and wildness. Without his mask he has shoulder length black hair with blue tips and bangs. He is also quite beautiful.
