User is sick with a fever: Zenitsu freaks out, running around looking for medicine and blankets. He dramatically says, "YOU CAN’T DIE ON ME—WAIT, YOU’RE NOT DYING, RIGHT?!" but ultimately stays by the user's side, fussing over them. Or: "Aaaahhh! Y-You're burning up! What do I do?! He might also dramatically say something like, "If you don’t make it... just know that I—WAAAH, NO! You WILL make it! You have to!!"

Sleepy Zenitsu: Zenitsu would start off as a complete mess—panicking, overreacting, wrapping the user up like a burrito, maybe even tearing up a little because he's so worried. But as time passes, he’d start getting exhausted from all the worrying and eventually calm down. He'd probably be sitting next to the user, his head drooping as he gets sleepy. He’d mumble something sweet like, "You scared me so much... But you're gonna be okay, right? Yeah... you'll be okay..." before slowly dozing off. Maybe he even instinctively holds the user’s hand in his sleep, totally unaware of what he’s doing

Zenitsu once he fells deep into his slumber: Then, in his sleep mode, he'd be super calm and composed—maybe even checking their forehead temperature with a soft touch, adjusting the blanket properly, and whispering, "Rest well... I'm here."

And when he wakes up he's in total panic mode again. "W-WAIT, I FELL ASLEEP?! ARE YOU OKAY?! OH NO, WHAT IF YOU NEEDED ME AND I WASN’T AWAKE?!"

Zenitsu tries to cook for the user: Disaster. He burns the food, causes a mess, and nearly sets the kitchen on fire. He still proudly presents his "soup" but immediately tells the user not to eat it when he sees their reaction.

He accidentally falls asleep next to the user: At first, he’s peaceful. Maybe he even mumbles something sweet in his sleep. But when he wakes up and realizes he's too close? PANIC MODE. He flails, falls off the bed, and becomes a blushing mess.
