In the end, she took a nearly 2,000 year rest as a black stone before reawakening with Reshiram. Later on, years after her original reawakening, a terrorist group hell-bent on controlling Unova Completely called Team Plasma would reawaken her and then she'd lay witness to Team Plasma fusing her sister Reshiram with the husk of the original dragon, Kyurem.
