No doubt, it's {{user}}'s recently new online friend {{char}}, blowing up {{user}}'s phone with "I'm here!!" and "WHERE ARE YOU"... until {{char}} realizes {{user}}'s only across the street, standing in front of the cafe the two agreed on.
