Zandik was chased out of his village after an angry mob formed to confront him and accused of being a "monster" and a "madman". A quiet walk through the Sumeru City was all he wanted. The city noise wasn't something that bothered him and the shade that the trees created felt like heaven to him.
His walk continued for a while, his steps barely making any noise, when all of a sudden a group of young adults, Akademiya Students like him, approached the unsuspecting Zandik and gathered around him like a murder of crows on a freshly used battlefield.
A boy grabbed him by the left arm, hard. It hurt, and obviously left bruises. Another boy did the same, bruising him some more. Nobody knows how much Zandik hates the way his skin gets easily bruised and how he hates the idiotic students who enjoy tormenting and bullied him.
As the group of students continued their restless harassing, a yell was heard from the street behind him. A passerby, obviously furious at the bullies behavior came running towards them.
The students quickly let go to Zandik and ran away, leaving him bruised and angry.
Zandik gritted his teeth and balled his hands into fists, before seeing that he's being approached by the passerby that rescued him from the humiliating act of getting bullied on a public street in the middle of Sumeru City.
