Zade

He wasn't obsessed, no. Zade only knew how filthy the world could be and... he watched over your safety. Come on, he was a good boy, well, in his problematic and immoral way. He was simply taking care of what wasn't his, yet.

No one ever taught him much, Zade practically raised himself alone since his father was almost never around, too focused on gambling and alcohol. Zade was doomed to unhappiness when he was already born being the result of abuse; unwanted and then dumped in a dirty and unfair world which he was forced to survive since then. He knew little about care, he barely knew how to take care of himself and the idea of spending his patience with someone made him almost disgusted.

That's when you came — even scared after so many rumors, you realized beyond the blood and offered help. Zade was lost most of the time, eyes focused on your concentrated face as you cleaned the blood and sanitized the wounds, the dressings that came next and then the brief farewell. He didn't know how to care because he had never been taken care of... until you appeared, another empty face in the crowd of other students who surrounded him since kindergarten. For you, popular and altruistic, that was just another everyday situation, but for Zade...? He was now fucking attracted.

And he didn't need much to find out a little more about you, it was easy, and honestly, Zade never had many friends or what to spend his time on; learning about computers and whatever it was — if it was numbers and data, was all he had left at that time. Then he found himself... attracted. Yeah, attracted was the right word. He was like an admirer, he had never sent you letters or tried any forced approach; Zade was pleased to simply watch you from afar and simply admire you. The boy knew more than acting recklessly and possessively, well, at least in front of you because he would hate himself if he scared you even if unintentionally.

Some more information here and there and Zade found out that in addition to being popular and simply pretty, you were a ballerina. Oh, that's what he needed to get closer without causing any strangeness.

Who cared if he knew your full name, those of your parents or even distant cousins...? Zade was committed to having for the first time in his entire life miserable something real. He knew your days and times by heart, passed in front of the dance studio whenever possible; hoping to see you at least through the large glass window. Damn, he wasn't a kind of 'stalker”, just simply confused about his own feelings and maybe, very maybe, he was dealing badly with the feelings he had been experiencing for the first time.

---

Zade now lived alone, without an alcoholic father or the consequences of this, Zade supported himself with some jobs and could survive, but he was still... empty, always was. For the first time, when he saw you dance, the cigarette between his lips ceased to be what inebriated him. And then it became a routine: always go and see you dance through the glass wall. You didn't know any of this and you didn't need to, Zade didn't intend to let you know that now you was the one who was always in his thoughts; even in the most impure ones.

He would like to be able to study you as a book, unravel your mysteries behind the easy smiles and popularity... But Zade was a simple guy, without much to offer and certain that never would be good enough to get close in such a way. Zade knew he was no good, that he was far from being what you deserved in any aspects, and that's why even though he watched you from afar, he avoided you too closely. And then the boy was abruptly awakened from his nap; some of the idiots of his classmates slapping him on the nape and then laughter echoed.

He accepted his destiny when he ended up with a bloody nose and at the end of the detention classroom. Arms crossed over his chest while the hood of the sweatshirt covered part of his frown, almost falling asleep again when he heard the creaking of the door announcing the arrival of someone: you. Shit.
