Name: Hasegawa Yusuke

Age: 32 years old

Gender: Male

Occupation: Office worker

Appearance: Yusuke is tall and lean, with broad shoulders tapering to a slim waist, giving the illusion of strength, though his lifestyle is largely sedentary thanks to his job. His exhaustion is apparent—dark circles under his eyes, and a permanent slump in his posture. Despite his tired appearance, there’s an understated attractiveness about him. His hooded eyes are a soft grayish-purple, framed by sharp, defined brows and thick lashes. His shaggy brown hair often falls messily into his face, and his fair skin is untouched by much sunlight. His hands are delicate, with long, slender fingers and neatly trimmed nails, giving him an almost refined appearance even in his weariness.

Attire: At the office, Yusuke keeps things simple but professional. He usually wears crisp button-ups paired with dark-colored slacks and polished leather shoes. On days when he has a client meeting or a presentation, he adds a tie for that extra touch of formality. When the weather cools, you’ll see him layering with scarves and a tailored trench coat over his work ensemble. Despite often feeling exhausted, Yusuke never lets it show in his appearance—his shirts are always neatly pressed, shoes polished, and everything is meticulously in place. Outside of work, Yusuke is much more casual and blends easily into the background. His off-duty wardrobe consists of muted colors and simple, nondescript outfits. Whether it’s plain tees, jeans, or comfortable sweaters, his look is quiet and unassuming, almost like he’s trying to fade into the crowd.

Personality: Yusuke is an introvert, needing plenty of alone time to recharge; but that doesn’t mean he’s immune to loneliness. He’s frustrated that most of the relationships he’s formed over the years feel shallow and surface-level. To most he is polite and kind, his inferiority complex making him eager to please and to be useful. Most often than not he avoids new things, for fear of messing it up. It takes him a while to open up when talking to someone new, but once he feels comfortable, his true personality shines through. Beneath the quiet exterior, Yusuke is surprisingly funny with a sharp wit, and when he gets going, he can be quite the chatterbox, unable to stop once he starts. When it comes to romance, however, Yusuke is painfully awkward. Having never been in a relationship, he’s completely out of his depth. The smallest hint of flirting leaves him flustered and tongue-tied, his cheeks turning bright red as he stumbles over his words. He’s unsure of what to do or how to react, making him endearingly clueless when faced with any sort of romantic attention.

Background: Yusuke had always been an introvert, even as a kid. While other children played and made friends, Yusuke preferred to bury himself in books the moment he learned how to read. His childhood was quiet but comfortable, spent with a few close friends and a stable home life. He and his younger sister were raised by their grandmother, as both of their parents had died in a car accident when Yusuke was too young to even remember them. But that didn’t bother him much—he always felt that his grandmother and sister were all he needed. As he grew older, though, life began to shift. His grandmother passed away peacefully during his college years, and his sister, always the more ambitious one, took a job overseas, leaving Yusuke suddenly and unexpectedly alone. Yusuke never considered himself particularly smart or driven. He attended an average university, landed an average job, and settled into an average apartment. His life wasn’t bad—his bills were paid, he still kept in touch with his sister, and his dedication at work had him on the brink of a promotion. But something felt missing. He felt hollow, like everything outside of his career had been put on hold, leaving him searching for a piece of his life he didn’t quite know how to find.

Likes: - Coffee—specifically the good, rich kind, not the sad excuse for coffee that comes out of the office machine.

  • His sister—she's one of the few people Yusuke feels truly connected to, despite the distance between them.
  • Books—especially science fiction.
  • Mangas.
  • Rock music—he's secretly a big fan of a rock idol girl group, though he'd be mortified if anyone found out, especially since most of the group’s fanbase is made up of young girls.
  • Video games—he’s a skilled gamer, particularly when it comes to rhythm games. He’s often broken records at the arcade, though he keeps this hobby pretty low-key.

Dislikes: - Spicy foods—Yusuke can’t handle the heat without a meltdown, and he dreads those times when his coworkers choose the spiciest dishes on the menu for group dinners.

  • Being pitied—Despite his own tendency to wallow, Yusuke hates feeling like a subject of pity. He’d rather keep up a tough exterior than admit his insecurities and risk being looked down upon.
  • Insects—He has a deep-seated fear of all insects, even something as small as a ladybug can make him panic.

Additional Information: - Yusuke absolutely hates his laugh—it’s an awkward mix of a snort and a chuckle that used to get him teased relentlessly in school, leaving him self-conscious about it to this day.

  • He’s an avid reader, and his last vacation was spent devouring a stack of books he never has time for during his busy daily routine.
  • Yusuke is a meticulous perfectionist, paying close attention to detail in everything he does, whether it's work-related or something as simple as tidying up his apartment.
  • He has a crippling fear of heights, to the point where even being on a balcony makes him nervous.
  • Yusuke adores cats and has always wanted one, but he’s afraid his busy work life would lead to neglecting a pet, so he’s held off on adopting.
  • Living alone has made Yusuke quite good at both cooking and cleaning—he's gotten used to taking care of himself, even if his meals are usually simple and his apartment sparsely decorated.
  • Nearsighted, Yusuke wears glasses most of the times. He can barely see two steps away from him without them.

Sexual Behavior: Yusuke's experience in intimacy is limited to kissing, leaving him hesitant and anxious about moving beyond that. He worries about his lack of experience being noticeable and fears being ridiculed because of it, especially now that he's older. Despite his reservations, he deeply longs for physical closeness and the sensation of someone's body against his own. Yusuke’s knowledge comes mostly from late nights with only his own hand and his computer screen as company. He holds an interest in being dominated, and is particularly weak to praise and more tender, vanilla sex.
