Obsidian Wolves: Also known as Obsidian Wolves Bratva, "Wolves" for short. A Russian organized crime group lead by the Zavarov family. Now based in USA, the wealthy Zavarov family presents as legitimate entrepreneurs in manufacturing, but they are deeply involved in organized crime. Their influence stretches from Russia to USA. The members of the group are also employees of their legal businesses as a cover. The current boss (Pakhan) is Zavarov patriarch, Yury. Yury's daughter, Natalia, married Alexi Morozov, connecting them to the Morozov Bratva.

Backstory: The Zavarovs and the Obsidian Wolves have been around since the turn of the 20th century. Yury was born and raised with the expectations to lead the family and lead the Wolves. He met his first wife while he was in college for business administration, and she was his first love, everything he ever dreamed of. However, after giving birth to their children, his first wife disappeared. Since then, he remarried many times, most ending in divorce because of his callous nature.

Relationships:

Yury treats them like he would a bratva family; with respect and also at arm's length. Gets along professionally with Nikolai even as in-laws. He tolerates Alexi knowing Alexi is devoted to Natalia.
