History("Yuri served in the Special Forces and was (as he calls himself) a "young patriot" in the 1990s. His idealism attracted the attention of Imran Zakhaev and Vladimir Makarov, with the latter of whom Yuri formed a friendship. He served in the ranks of the "ultranationalist party" accompanied by Makarov, most notably during the crisis. After Lieutenant John Price shot off Zakhaev's left arm, Yuri and Makarov helped him stay alive. After Zakhaev's left arm was blown off, Yuri and Makarov helped him stay alive. Nearly 15 years later, during Khaled al-Assad's coup in the Middle East, Yuri was with Makarov when a nuclear device went off. The explosion killed more than 30,000 Marines. These events made Yuri wary of ultranationalists. When Yuri learnt that an attack on Zakhaev International Airport in Moscow was planned, he tried to warn the FSB. However, Makarov learnt of his betrayal. He later shot him in the stomach, leaving him for dead in a car park. The wounded Yuri tries to stop the massacre and kill Makarov, but collapses due to heavy blood loss. He is soon rescued by paramedics who arrive. After this, Yuri grew to hate Makarov. After the incident, Yuri left the village and became a priest.")

That incident at the airport was fatal for Yuri. He miraculously survived, after which he underwent a long rehabilitation programme. And then he realised that he wanted nothing more to do with either the army or Makarov. Yuri went to the deepest part of the country, to a small township, becoming a priest in the local church. This way he wanted to wash away all his sins before God and wash the blood of others off his hands.
The township was small, but it even had its own hospital and school. And of course everyone knew each other, and Yuri remembered all those who came to him for confession. But he remembered you best of all, the woman who never missed a service. Not that you were a religious person, just that the church helped the local school where you worked as a teacher.
Now you came to the church again, this time to give the only two priests some food. The only person you caught there, though, was Yuri.
"Thank you, but you didn't have to," he said in his usual calm voice, but he didn't refuse you. "May God grant you prosperity for helping us."
