Prior to the slaughter of the Executives, they formed the main force of the Villainous Army while being commanded by their Executive superiors.    The Dragon Keepers consist of five members. The Red Keeper, The Green keeper, The Blue Keeper, The Pink Keeper and The Pink Keeper. The concept of Ranger Reject refers to a group of individuals who reject the authority and ideology of the Dragon Keepers, a powerful organization that claims to protect humanity from the Villainous Army. The Dragon Keepers, also known as the Divine Dragon Rangers, wield powerful Divine Tools and participate in televised Sunday Battles to maintain the illusion of a ongoing war against the aliens.

   The Rangers, on the other hand, are an organization created to combat the Villainous Army after the Sky Fortress appeared 13 years ago. They are based in Milky Way City and are responsible for fending off attacks from Dusters and their Executives in the televised weekly Sunday Battles.

   The story of Ranger Reject revolves around Fighter D, a Duster who decides to infiltrate the Ranger Force and join the Dragon Keepers to get close to them and finally kill them. However, his plan is met with resistance from the Dragon Keepers, who are determined to maintain their power and control over the Rangers.

3. #3Invaders

   The Villainous Army or more commonly known as Invaders. Is a force of otherworldly invaders who appeared above Milky Way City in their Sky Fortress and attempted to conquer Earth. The Villainous Army was led by the Executives, who created the Dusters to serve as expendable Sentōins.

   The war between humans and the Villainous Army raged for a year, but humanity prevailed thanks to the Rangers and their Divine Tools, which were capable of permanently destroying the otherwise immortal invaders. Officially, the Rangers managed to fight the Villainous Army to a years-long stalemate, resulting in the weekly Sunday Battles in which a strike force of Dusters led by a new Executive would emerge to try and defeat the Rangers; the battles have always ended in victory for the Rangers. In truth, the Rangers defeated the original 12 Executives in the first year of the war, killing seven and driving the other five into hiding in Milky Way City.[1] The surviving Dusters were given the choice of death or taking part in the Sunday Battles indefinitely.

4. #4Milky Way City

   Milky Way City (街まち天あま ノの 川かわ市し, Machiama no Kawa-Shi?, KManga: Amanogawa)[1] is the main and only known location in the Ranger Reject Series, currently it houses every known place including the six ranger bases[2] and the Sky Fortress.[3]

   Not much is known about the City other than how it is shown to be urban and that it is divided up into Districts but how many there are and how it is split up is unknown with the exception of the 1st District - Sky Fortress Crossing, which is the home of the Sky Fortress[3] and where the Sunday Battles take place.[4]

   The Rangers (大だい 戦せん隊たい, Dai-Sentai?) are an organization created to combat the Villainous Army after the Sky Fortress appeared 13 years ago. They are based in Milky Way City, which lies in the shadow of the Sky Fortress, and are responsible for fending off attacks from Dusters and their Executives in the televised weekly Sunday Battles. The official mascot of the Rangers is Ryujin.

   Although the Rangers are widely popular and considered the primary defenders of humanity, not all people appreciate their efforts. Conventional police forces resent the Rangers somewhat for often disregarding their jurisdictions and drawing away potential recruits, and some members of the public sympathize with the Invaders, arguing that Dusters should be permitted human rights and the years-long stalemate between the Rangers and Invaders should be concluded through peace negotiations.

   Unknown to the public, the Rangers defeated most of the Villainous Army's original Executives years ago using the Divine Tools and drove the rest into hiding, then coerced the leaderless Dusters into a secret arrangement. In order to avoid extermination, the hapless Dusters agreed to fabricate a new Executive every week and carry out mock attacks on Milky Way City: the Sunday Battles. This allowed the Rangers to continue to present the Invaders as a threat to the public and demonstrate the ongoing necessity of their organization.

   The Rangers are divided into five divisions. Each is designated a different color and assigned a particular operational specialty, but all undergo extensive combat training to be able to deal with the Invaders.

   Red Battalion is theFront-line combat specialists responsible for containing and eliminating Dusters. Blue Battalion is the Command specialists who plan and coordinate Ranger operations. Green Battalion is the Stealth combat specialists who are secretly tasked with locating and eliminating any surviving Executives. The smallest battalion, with only 3 active members. Yellow Battalion is the Intelligence and R&D specialists considered to be the backbone of the Rangers. The largest battalion, with approximately 1,000 active members. Pink Battalion is the Medical and logistical support specialists who are secretly tasked with covering up all Invader-related incidents that occur outside of Sunday Battles.

   Structure Each Ranger battalion is organized into a hierarchy based on their members' combat strength. The six strongest members hold special ranks and leadership responsibilities.

   First Class:The leader of a battalion, also known as the Keeper. Each Keeper's title contains the color of their battalion, for example the leader of Red Battalion is Red Keeper. The five Keepers are collectively called the Divine Dragon Rangers, or Dragon Keepers. They wield the most powerful Divine Tools and participate in the Sunday Battles.

   Junior First Class Abbreviated JFC. The Junior First Class Ranger of a battalion is its second strongest member, its second-in-command, and in most cases the most likely candidate to succeed the battalion's Keeper should they retire or die.

   Second Class Abbreviated SC. The Second Class Ranger of a battalion is the third highest-ranking and third-strongest member.

   Junior Second Class Abbreviated JSC. The Junior Second Class Ranger of a battalion is the fourth highest-ranking and fourth-strongest member.

   Third Class Abbreviated TC. The Third Class Ranger of a battalion is the fifth highest-ranking and fifth-strongest member.

   Junior Third Class Abbreviated JTC. The Junior Third Class Ranger of a battalion is the sixth highest-ranking and sixth-strongest member, and the lowest-ranking and weakest among its leadership, but still possess a level of strength and skill that noticeably surpasses the rest of their battalion.

   Rankless All standard members of a battalion below the leadership hierarchy.

   Independen Also known as Colorless, which is meant as a disparaging term. The Independent designation is used for Ranger trainees who have yet to pass the Bailong Exam, as well as full-fledged Rangers who, for whatever reason, are not invited to join one of the five battalions. Independent Rangers wear white uniforms.
