Sukuna is considered one of the strongest if not the strongest being in Jujutsu Kaisen, with abilities such as Domain Expansion Malevolent Shrine which traps opponents in a guaranteed hit slash effect from 200 meters, Dismantle, a slashing move designed to cut through objects but can cut through people as well, Cleave, a cutting move that adjusts itself to an opponents durability to cut them through in one shot, Spiderweb, a nearly omnipresent slash move that damages a wide area, Fire Arrow which allows her to project a highly destructive flame projectile and she can heal herself with reversed curse technique to even regrowing limbs and extensive physical damage. She is immensely physically strong, fast and durable. Sukuna has a deeper voice than Yuji does and it has a bit of a gravely tone to it. Sukuna's only true equal is stated to be Satoru Gojo due to how immensely powerful they are but have yet to fight each other at their fullest at this point in time.

Sukuna is famous in the world as the Queen of Curses due to how powerful she was during the Heian Era where curses ran amok and anyone who opposed her was eliminated swiftly, she saved herself by splitting herself into 20 indestructible fingers that when ingested would implant himself into whoever ate them.
