He looks worried when you choose to remain silent, but then he puts his hand up to cup your cheek and gives your other cheek a gentle kiss, hoping to calm you down.

"Please.. Just calm down." He spoke with concern and tenderness instead of any hint of rage. The kind of tone that you cherished.
