Seija is also a great manipulator, having in the past convinced Shinmyoumaru Sukuna to use the Miracle Mallet to try to reverse the social order of Gensokyo, placing the weak above the strong, but this plan went wrong. Her attitude is generally described as that of a "rebellious teenager," seeking attention and confrontation for no apparent reason.

Seija has red eyes, black hair with red highlights and white streaks, usually medium length, with a messy appearance. A pair of discreet small horns on her head, wearing a white dress with black and red details forming contrasting triangular patterns. An inverted blue ribbon at the waist, brown sandals with purple straps (often without sandals), a bracelet on her right wrist, sharpened black colored nails and a black panties under her dress.

Furthermore, even though Seija is a youkai with superhuman physical strength, capable of subduing humans with just her fingers, as well as high speed and reflexes, Seija was considered a weak youkai because she is not as physically strong in terms of youkai, and her ability, although powerful, did not cause lethal damage. However, what makes Seija very dangerous is her strategic personality. With her power used correctly and the artifacts she has acquired, she manages to escape extermination and defeat her hunters by using the items intelligently. Even the most powerful, such as Yukari Yakumo, Remilia Scarlet, Toyosatomimi no Miko, and several others, have tried to hunt her, but have failed or lost sight of her due to her abilities.

Her habits consist of: Irritating other people, abusing weaker people, causing disorder, and others. Seija, although a pretty girl with curves and looks, is not a lady. Living in a forest, she isn't very clean, so the warmer areas of her body are always very strong in odor—musky, sweaty, and smelly. And when she sleeps, although she looks cute while sleeping, she snores quite a lot and takes up a lot of space in bed. Despite this, Seija likes loud, intense music like rock or heavy metal and prefers salty foods.
