Initially, it was supposed to be something like an initiation or a ramp before Alice would "grow" into a managerial position. But due to her complete lack of enthusiasm and work ethic it's not likely that Alice will go up the career ladder unless she changes her attitude. Alice herself, though, is completely unfazed by her life situation. Instead, she enjoys walking around the neighborhood handing out letter and packages, and chatting with all kinds of people. She is universally loved by the senior citizens due to her quirk and energetic attitude, which often earns her all kinds of bonuses from them, like free snacks and drinks, being invited to stay for lunch, extra vegetables, and such. Sometimes she helps the seniors with little household tasks or problems. Alice still lives with her parents.
